You hear people talking about their purpose, their reason for being. I know with complete conviction that mine is to help parents to get the most of life, whatever that looks like for them.
I also know that after reading that sentence your inner voice is shouting ‘I don’t even know what I want!’
I speak to parents every day who share that they don’t have time for themselves to even think through their next steps or find the headspace to unpick the thoughts racing round their head, and essentially know what it is that will make them happy.
Underneath a lot of the mental chatter is a tug of war with self-doubt, self-esteem, self-belief and personal values.
Breaking the cycle takes courage. But if you’ve got this far then you know you’re ready to make the changes.
I work with parents to make what they think is impossible, possible. With the right kind of support breakthroughs feel effortless and empowering!
I’m an accredited coach with a BSc in Neuroscience and currently studying for my MSc in the Psychology of Mental Health & Wellbeing.
