I’ve always said if I wasn’t coaching (and I won the lottery) I would travel around to find the world’s best macaroni cheese and blog about the cheesy goodness along the way. Can you tell I’m obsessed?!
You’re probably reading this though because you want to know more about who I am and ultimately how I’m going to take you from spinning plates and craving headspace, to feeling calm, in control and enjoying the life you’ve created for yourself.
I am a no holds barred coach. I have a way of reading between the lines, and knowing where we need to focus our efforts to work through your blocks and achieve your goals, using the techniques and strategies that you’ll respond to best. (This could be hypnotherapy, energetics, NLP or mindset techniques, I’ll know the best combination and way forward for you).
We all have our own challenges and hardships. But, as mums we don’t always have the headspace or time to understand it all and work through it.
That’s why I do the work I do and why I’m so passionate about supporting mums find themselves in all the noise and create a fulfilled life that’s a reflection of who they are and what they truly want.
As well as being a coach I’m also a solo mum to a now 9 year old (you can’t see my face but every time I read 9 year old I close my eyes and take a deep breath. How has it been 9 years already?!). We live in a chocolate box cottage in the south of England having adventures, eating macaroni cheese (obviously) and dreaming about building our own log cabin home in the country!
My life choices had been based on societies expectations, as well as quite frankly some seriously outdated beliefs I had about myself and the world. I had what is commonly referred to as “emotional baggage”, and plenty of it.
I was in constant headspace of feeling overwhelmed, always anxious and not recognising my own self worth. I honestly had no idea who I was or what made me me. My guess is, since you’re here reading this, you know what that feels like.
At some point we all have that moment when we know it’s bend or break time.
As a solo mum breaking wasn’t an option, so I did the work.
I took the time to understand myself, my triggers, my emotions, my needs and how to care for myself in a healthy way. I became the role model I wanted to be for my son and I found my identity outside of this role too. Something which shouldn’t be underestimated in its importance.
Often a coach will come from a place of experience or they’ll come from a place of expertise. My background in Neuroscience and unique experiences (read tumultuous rollercoaster with loops, twists and those upside down bits that make your stomach flip) gave me both, and the foundations to support meaningful change for other Mums.
I have trained in the most transformational and science backed modalities on the planet, even winning an award for my academic achievements, and I poured myself into building a program that truly supports mums work through their emotional blocks, create balance and find their identity again.
