Understanding and working through ‘not good enough’ is hard, I know because I’ve been there. 

For a long time I pushed myself to achieve, to keep moving forward even if I didn’t know the direction I was headed. 

I was also a serial people pleaser, I would put others needs before my own even if that was to my detriment. And guess what… most of the time it was! I had no boundaries, no concept of what ‘me time’ looked like or what I was supposed to do with it. I just knew I had to keep the plates spinning no matter what!

I ended up overwhelmed, unhappy and on a road to nowhere.

Get to know the real me

pet’s name:  Toast, my beautiful tortoiseshell

fun fact:  I’ve climbed a mountain almost as high as Snowdon without realising it!

my hobbies:  Taekwondo, western riding & gardening!

I would say i am:  Beautifully adventurous

Secret Obsession:  Macaroni cheese!

something you don’t know:  I’m a solo mum of an incredible son and I smash it!

Why was I like that? What had lead me to have such low self belief? What would happen if I let some of the plates fall?

I leaned in to my past experiences and how they shaped the decisions I made, I acknowledged where I was and what was supporting me (and what wasn’t), I got clear on how my beliefs were holding me back and I allowed myself to think about my next best steps forward.

Through it all and my own journey with coaching and self reparenting I realised that my mindset was far more powerful than I had given it credit for.

My personal experiences, my formal training and my work with clients culminated in me creating my PLANS Program to support women let go of ‘not good enough’ and overwhelm to create clarity and confidence.
