Through different coaching modalities and exercises I will help you bridge that gap so your actions are purposeful, successful and you feel like you’re flying not falling.
I have a BSc in Neuroscience and I’m currently studying for my Masters in the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing. This gives me a good understanding on how your brain works and why you do the things you do.
With me you have access to talk-based coaching including hypnotherapy, positive psychology and NLP, as well as somatic techniques like EFT and ‘Walk & Talk’ coaching to help you achieve your goals, whilst creating lasting mindset changes.
Giving you the skills to self-coach is vital and forms the backbone of everything we’ll do together, so expect big shifts and big ROI.
I have no doubt that you judge yourself, we all do. Maybe on some days that voice is a whisper and on other days it has a megaphone, but it’s there. Moving from that space of feeling small and overwhelmed, to curious, open, and abundant is a big ask, but it’s 100% an option available to you.
I was labelled as the ‘strong one’ in my friend group, always perceived to be showing resilience in the face of difficulty. It was a label I worked hard to fulfil, so much so that it became my mask. Taking off that mask, learning to be vulnerable and creating self-belief and self-worth from within has been my greatest achievement. Don’t get me wrong I’m only human and some days I have wobbles, but the inner strength I have grounds me in a way I never thought would be possible.
My qualifications are only part of what I offer as a coach and mentor, my personal experiences are as much part of the package. My clients find comfort in knowing I’ve also gone through the process of relearning and rebuilding, and that I have the backing of recognised training to guide them on their own journey.
